True Fit: Strength Workouts This workout was filmed in the majestic high dessert of Southern California. The routine is replicated form the Total Body Workouts that Scott instructed when he was active duty in the SEAL Team. The workout can be broken down into two 20 minute workouts combining chest, shoulders and abs in one, and back, bi's and lower body in another. Scott put together this "combo" routine for Men's Fitness Magazine to teach people how to get effective training done in a short amount of time.
