Brigade Quartermaster

Bq.jpg (28828 bytes)

It is my honor to announce that I am joining Brigade's team of health and fitness professionals.  I have been involved with pursuing and/or promoting fitness for half my life and it gives me great pleasure to be involved with an organization that shares the same focus and dedication in promoting fitness products that deliver real results.

Early in my Navy SEAL career, I learned that proper nutrition and an elite exercise program were key elements in achieving peak performance, both mentally and physically.  The SEAL team mission was very intensive.

If I wanted the winning edge over my opponent, it would be strict attention to detail on how I nourished and trained my body.  Some people regard strict discipline as a chore.  In reality, it is an order that sets you free to obtain the loftiest of goals, physical or not.  But it all starts with the physical being.

Simply put, how you fuel and tune a race car is going to play a big role in the outcome of the race.  So whether defending your country in a combat scenario or maybe a specific athletic event or just life in general, you should fuel and tune your engine the best way you can.

How do we tune that engine?  Get in shape with the Elite Fitness exercise systems that are derived from the Navy SEALs training -- physical conditioning programs that have evolved over thirty years to keep the world's finest fighting forces in peak physical condition.
