Stephen "Scott" Helvenston
Many of you have heard the news about Scott's recent work in Iraq, and the tragic attack that took place in Fallujah.
Scott was a hero to many of us, as a father of two, a fitness instructor, and a dear friend.
We thank you for your support for the family and friends at this time. He will be greatly missed by many, but never forgotten.
Scott's life-long commitment to fitness and health has changed lives for many people. Because of his
passion, we will continue to offer Scott's videos for sale from this website for an undetermined amount of time.
For those of you that would like to contribute to the memorial fund for Scott's kids, please send a check to:

To our loyal customers, clients and friends. I would like to express my gratitude for
your continued support and business. We here at Amphibian Athletics are committed to providing
you with the most convenient way to achieve your fitness goals and ultimately enriching your
lives. Learning the advanced aspects of calisthenics training and how to get the job done with
just your body weight is the name of the game and there is no other system more convenient than
the principle's we teach.
For the upcoming year we will be offering our Video Series on DVD format. We will continue
to offer the Navy SEAL Training Camp Series in video format. The remaining
8 titles will be offered on DVD only. You have our commitment that each of our
22 workouts are different in format and sequence. For our future product line we will
adhere to this same commitment. As a Navy SEAL Instructor I lead daily PT for almost 12
years. Each day I did my best to switch things up to keep things interesting and motivating.
I do the same thing in the workouts that I have provided for you the Americian Public.
Promoting fitness is my passion, it is what I am meant to do. My goal is to teach as many
people as possible that your body is your gym. As long as have yourself you will always
have your gym.
Always the quest,
Scott Helvenston
